Premium Oxygen Absorbers: Enhancing Food Preservation

The absorber packets, made from food-grade materials, are packaged using high-quality three-layer composite film (PET/PAP/PE) with micro-drilling technology. This ensures safety, high temperature resistance, and color fastness, preventing powder leakage and food contamination.

When the vacuum-sealed bag is opened, the oxygen absorber will automatically heat up, which is a normal and non-hazardous occurrence. Unused oxygen absorbers should be sealed and stored properly to prevent continuous heat generation.

Our oxygen absorbers are vacuum-sealed immediately after production, with 10 packs in each individual vacuum bag. This packaging makes storage easier and prevents oxidation compared to having 100 packs in a single vacuum bag.

The indicator turns blue within 5 to 30 minutes after contact with oxygen, and it changes to pink within 2 to 4 hours after the oxygen concentration decreases to 0.1% or below. All our oxygen absorbers are made from premium food-grade materials, have been tested according to strict food regulations, and are safe for food storage.

They can help keep food fresh by maintaining its original taste, flavor, color, and nutritional value. The absorber does not absorb the entire air but only the 21% oxygen present in it. About 1/5 of the air volume will disappear, and approximately 4/5 will remain. The bag will not shrink like a vacuum-sealed bag when the oxygen is removed.

When oxygen is absorbed during operation, the generation of heat is normal. Absorbers do not absorb air; they only absorb oxygen, which accounts for just 21% of the air. Approximately one-fifth of the air volume will be gone, and four-fifths will remain. Even when oxygen is removed, the bag does not shrink like a vacuum bag.

This packaging method enhances storage convenience and minimizes oxygen exposure, maximizing efficacy and shelf life compared to packages where all packs are contained within a single bag.
